今天是乳品高峰论坛的会议，会议中也关注了环境的问题，尤其是水的利用尤为受到关注，目前中国的食品企业是国内的耗水大户，以液体内为例，每生产1顿液体奶，就要耗费大约12顿的水，之所以这么严重，主要原因是国内的食品企业大多自己进行地下取水，这样国家是无法计算，也就是说，除了取水的费用，用水的费用几乎为零，当地环境部门监督力度也不够，这样促使企业不关心水的利用，导致水资源的浪费，但是，目前国家已经开始注意到这个问题，并采取了很多措施。就写到这里吧，呵呵！
