有很多人谈过这个题目，我也亲身实践过，不过随着GFW越来越强悍，有很多非常有些的站点访问不了，这期间居然包括大部分英语学习的好地方。一开始我采用翻墙的办法，可是久而久之，总是感觉不是很方便。
前几天想在wordpress里面放点音乐，居然搜索出来一个强悍的音频视频播放插件podpress，可以用来在你的wordpress博客内插入音频视频，还可以用来建立播客，看来我真是有点孤陋寡闻。以前从没想过在博客上放点音乐，所以看到类似的插件都一掠而过了。
安装上podpress之后，我就突然有个想法，我何不把我寻找的，用来练习英语听力的材料和大家共享。于是，我的博客一下子就变成了博客+播客。具体怎么变的，以后再说，现在说说如何使用我建立的这个。
地址：http://esfeed.wangyutang.com，目前提供完整的voa听力材料和听力原文。你可以使用iTune等播客客户端订阅(iTune订阅办法，点“高级”，然后点“订购Podcast”，输入订阅地址。)。如果需要原文，点击材料介绍链接就可以看到你听的原文了。上面这个RSS是我博客的英语学习类里面的所有文章，也就是Special听力材料。
另外，你也可以订阅http://feed.wangyutang.com，订阅方法同上。这就是我整个博客中所有的音频视频了。
比较实际的使用方法是，你先用RSS阅读器订阅下面两个链接种的一个。http://feed.feedsky.com/wangyutang所有博客内容
http://feed.feedsky.com/EnglishStudy博客中英语学习内容
然后使用iTune也订阅上面两个地址。这样你就即可以听后看原文看看自己理解是否有偏差了。
更简单的方法，就是试用google reader 订阅http://feed.feedsky.com/wangyutang就可以即看到全文，又能听到音频了。
下面是我一直在听的非常不错的podcast Feed，有些本来不错，尤其是special english，现在都不能访问了，我提供这些我这里都可以访问，推荐你使用。本来内容更多，可惜都已经访问不了了。
