未知味觉

演讲稿应该是英文的，我尝试了一下，无法用英文表达我的情感，只好先把中文写出来，就当列一提刚先，这花费了我一个小时的时间。唉！我什么时候能够用英文来完整的表达自己呢？

这四年

4年前，我成为东农一员的第一年，我和一位博士生导师，龙江学者成为同事。无论周六、还是周日，还是节假日，他要么呆在办公室，要么呆在实验室，没有假期。我就问他，你既然已经如此成功，为什么还如此勤奋，他回答我说，是你们年轻一代让我无法停下来。这个人姓霍，一位勤奋人。

3年前，我在学校听了一位知名学者的报告，他和我不是一个专业方向，现在我几乎忘记了他讲述的是那些科学进展，但是我一直深刻的记着他说过的一句话，文章要从实验室里出来，要从田间地头出来，而不是计算机前出来。还有一句话用英文无法表达，他说：做科研，不能扯淡。这个人姓蒋一个求实的人。

2年前，因为我们科研人员一直没有任务津贴，我心里感觉待遇不公平。我问一位退休的老教授，我说你做了一辈子教学研究工作，可现在买房子买不起，买车已经老得不能开，你难道不觉得农大亏欠你什么？他说，我做实验失败过无数次，在农大这个平台我才完成了我的目标，如果没有这个平台，一切又从何谈起。这个人姓佟，一个甘于奉献的人。

1年前，我参与学校的一个部门建立仪器共享平台。平台建立以后，任何一位教师通过农大现有的仪器进行科学研究，不仅费用低，而且充分开发了学校的仪器资源。这个平台的运作，是各个部门通力合作的结果。这不是一个人，是一个部门，一个能够创新的部门。

一个学校是由一个一个具体的人构成的，她由这些人创造，并且决定。只有一个学校拥有那些勤奋的人，那些实事求是的人，那些甘于奉献的人，那些坚持创新的人，只有我们的学校拥有这样的头脑和灵魂，我们才能让勤奋、求实、风险、创新的校风不空洞，我们才能说我们为学校骄傲。只有一个学校能够尊重这样的头脑和灵魂，我们才能说我们有信心让明天更好。

Four Years
Four years ago, the first year after I became one staff of Northeast Agricultural University, a doctoral supervisor, who is a Longjiang scholar, became one of my colleagues. Two years ago, I felt unfair about the circumstance that the scientific researches didn’t have task wage. I talked with an retired professor, I said, “you have devoted all your life to the research work, however, neither can you afford a big house, nor you can buy a luxury car. Don’t you think that our university had owed you something?” he said, “I had failed so many times when I did experiments. Only onn the platform of our university I achieved my goal. So if without this platform, how could these things happen?” he is Mr. Tong, a dedicated person.
One year ago, I help the staff of another department of our school to set up the platform of instrument-sharing. Throughout the platform, the researchers can save a lot of money while doing experiment. At the same time, it made a full exploitation of our instrumental resources. The whole process of the platform’s operation is the fruit of the cooperation of all the departments. It is not just one person, but a department, which could be creative.
A school is composed of specific persons, and she is created and controlled by these people. Only if one school has those people who are hard-working, who are seeking truth from facts, who are ready to sacrifice and who insist on innovation, can she become successful. Only if all the staff of our university have such a mind and soul, Can its motto-diligent, seek truth from facts, dedicated and innovation- is not empty. can we be proud of our university moreover. Only if our university respected these people, can we believe in a better tomorrow.
